[Aquanet] creating deckled edges

I have a client who wants me to paint a 22x22" portrait with a deckle edge.

3 edges are deckled already ( 22x30" paper) How do I make the fourth edge the same?

Vigneault told me it was a piece from a jazz group from Sweden. He chose the 
music.
