[Aquanet] making paper

I have a large supply of blotting paper which I would like to use. Any
suggestions? Should I size it or has anyone made really fuzzy paintings?
Anyone else used this? I sent to England for it so that it is a slightly
thicker paper than I found here in the USA. I was going to use it for
texturing ALA Charles Demuth, not to pretend his talent, but his "Red Roofs"
was amazing but haven't really applied it as I thought I would. SO anyone?

Subject: [Aquanet] making paper
Hi, gang.
For several years now I've been tearing up failed works on w/c with an
eye to using them to make my own w/c paper, and two days ago I had a go,
tearing the paper more, soaking it in hot water, stirring it to make a
slurry, etc. Well, everything worked right up to the slurry part as the
paper just sat there in its chunks and refused to disintegrate at all,
no matter how energetically I stirred and whipped the wretched stuff. I
have a whole new respect for the toughness of w/c paper, but that
doesn't help at all with making new paper.
Any hints or is this a lost cause?
