[Aquanet] porcelain palettes

Greetings,

The latest catalog from Crate & Barrel has some wonderful "dishes"  
that work great as palettes.  These are rectangular, one is about 5  
inches by 10 inches and the other is 11 inches square, white  
porcelain.  They have raised edges with nearly flat centers that make  
great, large mixing surfaces. They only cost about $9.  I have been  
using several small square versions, that stack nicely and are good  
for mixing and pouring colors.
I really prefer mixing watercolors on porcelain to plastic as the  
colors do not bead up nearly as much, and they are easy to clean.   
The two downsides are that 1) they are breakable, and 2) they do not  
come with water tight  covers.
