Dear Aquanetters,

If you climb on this link, you'll see one of the paintings done in public at International Jean-Paul Lapointe Symposium in June. I found those beautiful flowers in a store, they were begging to be painted !! They were just in the right state of bloom.

As you may know, Amaryllis is a flower often associated with Kings . People from Saguenay Lac St-Jean often call their beautiful area the Kingdom of Saguenay Lac-St-Jean so the title Amarylllis du Royaume came to me in a natural way.
