I recently went to a Windsor Newton products lecture and this product is a
resist but can not be removed like regular masking. It can be used on white
paper or paper which already has had a wash, this will protect the original
wash from future glazes. It can also be mixed with watercolor and it will
still provide a resist but the resist will be tinted. Some examples given were
small spots of light in water or skies. Also anything that you do not intend
to paint over as it will continue to resist thru- out the entire painting.

It would make my day if you would check out my painting a day blog !!
