[Aquanet] WN Permanent Masking Medium

I recently went to a Windsor Newton products lecture and this product  is a 
resist but can not be removed like regular masking. It can be   used on white 
paper or paper which already has had a wash, this  will protect the original 
wash from future glazes.  It can  also be mixed with watercolor and it will 
still provide a resist but  the resist will be tinted. Some examples given were 
small spots of light  in water or skies.  Also anything that you do not intend 
to paint  over as it will continue to resist thru- out the entire painting.
