[Aquanet] WN Permanent Masking Medium

Has anyone out there used the Winsor&Newton Permanent Masking Medium?  I found some in a drawer I hadn't been in for a few years and can't remember what I got it for.  Let me know if any of you have had any experience with it and is it worth keeping.  I paint almost exclusively in watercolor.  Thank you, Mary Lewis
