[Aquanet] painting on terra cotta pots?

Leslie,
Although they weren't specifically terra cotta, I've painted tiles of
different kinds with acrylic paint. Although I was dubious about the
acrylics adhering to the tiles, once the paint dried, it was permanent. With
glazed tiles, I cleaned them with dish soap, rinsed them in clean water and
then applied a clear primer before painting. I don't think you'll need the
primer with the terra cotta pots. For what it's worth, I applied the acrylic
paint with hand-made rubber stamps and synthetic sponges with good results.
