[Aquanet] Happy holidays, o painters with water

Happy holidays and many, many thanks to Cia and Raymond for getting this group together. I joined the group when I first started painting, a little over 10 yrs ago. Back then, we even sent one another small little paintings to share and also for the purpose of critique -- that didn't work that well. Thank goodness the age of electronics and websites grew so quickly. Aquanet has been my inspiration over the years. Although I've not had much of an opportunity to paint in recent years, I still remain a very quiet member, enjoying the discussions and especially the paintings of all your wonderful members.
Health and peace in 2008,
Louise Franco

Dang, Raymond, we is all getting old, ain't we?
Tee hee... remember when we started this thing?

The internet has truly grown up since then, we were poking
around on these dinosaur computers in newsgroups... does anybody
go to newsgroups like that anymore? And it grew and grew and grew,
and everybody wanted to be able to converse with everybody else,
it was maddening, but you, Raymond, decided to get busy and create
this list! Then it was really fun! Then we had to name it. I'm glad
we came up with Aquanet! Precious memories.

  So thank you again, Raymond!

  Cia
